Main Stacks (MS) is UC Berkeley's only competitive hip hop dance team, but simply, we are just a group of friends that love to dance! Started in January 2008 by May Matsuo and Vivian Peng, dancers contribute their style of training, choreography, and dedication to the group to form a unique and successful team. The team consists of UC Berkeley students, alumni and dancers from the Bay community. We have competed at Prelude Norcal (3rd place), Battlefest 360, Fusion, Ultimate Brawl, Maxt Out (2nd place) and Breakthrough (1st place) to name a few. In order to reach out to the community, we also hold Stacks Classes at The Works Studio with levels ranging from Beginning to Advanced.
