Prelude PH Virtual Crew Competition Guidelines

GUIDELINES

 

• Virtual Choreography Dance Competition for Large/Mega Dance Crews

 

• Open division:
No age divisions, all dance crews will be competing against each other.

 

• Open to all ages:
Dance crews can have various ages within their crew.

 

• Only 20 teams will be selected into the competition
Announcement of selected Teams: Friday – December 3, 2021

 

• Number of members per crew:
15 members min. – 40 members max.

 

• Prizes:
1st Place-P15,000 • 2nd place-P10,000 • 3rd place-P5,000
Banners will be awarded to the First, Second and Third place teams.

 

• Streaming of show proper:
Sunday – January 23, 2022

 

• Registration fee:
P150 per dancer

Dance Styles:
The dance style for this competition is mainly, but not limited to, hip-hop. Various dance styles may be incorporated in your team’s routine, but hip-hop must be the majority style. The use of themes and props is encouraged but not required.

 

Time Limit:
3 minute minimum
5 minute maximum.
NO EXCEPTIONS. Violations will be subject to score deductions

 

Competition Video Requirements:
Resolution: 1920 x 1080 (1080p)
30fps
Landscape only (if using phone)
Make sure the video is steady (Use a tripod or a phone holder)
NO OTHER ANGLES ALLOWED. One shot/angle only
No edits allowed

 

Music:
Music content may NOT contain inappropriate or offensive language. Violations will be subject to score deductions
